About this service
Singapore Xiaohongshu Training — Corporate Team Bootcamp
Agency management is not the only option. If your brand wants to build internal Xiaohongshu capability, professional training is the most efficient path. Hashmeta's Singapore team offers practical, hands-on Xiaohongshu training from basics to advanced levels, helping your team master platform algorithms, content creation, community operations and data analytics in the shortest time.
Why Singapore brands need Xiaohongshu training
Xiaohongshu's operating logic is fundamentally different from Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Copying other social-media experience can be ineffective or even lead to account throttling. Professional training helps teams quickly grasp the platform's unique content rules and growth strategies, avoiding months of trial and error.
- 80% of Singapore brands fail at self-operation because they do not understand the platform algorithm and content rules.
- 3 months is the average self-study time needed to understand Xiaohongshu — a cost that two days of professional training can compress.
- Quarterly updates ensure the curriculum keeps pace with algorithm, community and e-commerce policy changes.
Common mistakes untrained teams make
- Running Xiaohongshu with an Instagram mindset instead of a search + seeding mindset.
- Writing titles without keywords, missing high-intent search traffic.
- Touching platform red lines — prohibited words, marketing-account behavior and fake traffic — causing throttling or bans.
- Failing to analyze data beyond followers and likes.
- Posting without a clear content direction or topic plan.
- Using cover images that feel too commercial or are low quality.
Industry-specific training tracks
We customize content for beauty and skincare, F&B, travel and hospitality, education, real estate, medical aesthetics, e-commerce retail, B2B services and more. Each track covers the keywords, compliance rules, content templates and audience insights relevant to that sector.

FAQ
Are the classes conducted in Chinese or English?
We offer Chinese, English and bilingual sessions, with course materials in both languages. For Singapore's mixed teams we typically teach in English while demonstrating operations in Chinese.
Can a complete beginner team join?
Yes. The foundation course starts from 'What is Xiaohongshu?' and progresses step by step. We also run advanced courses for teams with prior experience, and we conduct a short needs survey beforehand to match the level.
How long does the training take?
We provide 1-day (6 hours), 2-day (12 hours) and 3-day programs plus 30-day post-course Q&A. The 2-day format is the most popular, covering all six modules with hands-on practice.
Can the team really operate independently after training?
Based on our track record, 85% of trained teams run their Xiaohongshu accounts independently within 3 months. We provide SOPs, templates and 30-day Q&A support; a 'training + 3-month agency coaching' combination is recommended for best results.
Can training be delivered remotely?
Yes. We offer on-site training at your office or our Kallang Place training centre, as well as Zoom remote sessions. Remote sessions can be recorded for review.
Who are the trainers?
Trainers are Hashmeta senior Xiaohongshu specialists with at least 3 years of platform experience and 50+ brand accounts managed. They are hands-on practitioners, not theoretical lecturers.
How much does the training cost?
The 1-day foundation course for 5–10 people starts at S$3,000. A 2-day advanced course for 5–15 people is S$6,000–9,000, and a 3-day comprehensive program with 30-day coaching for 10–30 people is S$10,000–15,000.
Will the course content become outdated?
Course materials are updated quarterly to reflect the latest algorithm and policy changes. We also offer quarterly refresher courses and notify trainees of major rule updates during the 30-day Q&A period.
What materials are provided?
Each trainee receives slides, video replay, brand content SOPs, headline templates, cover design templates, keyword research guides, data report templates, prohibited-word lists, competitor analysis reports and a 30-day Q&A group.
What if the team does not speak Chinese?
We recommend strategy and management staff attend the training, while content creation is handled by a Chinese content specialist or AI-assisted tools. We also teach how to use tools like ChatGPT for Chinese content creation and review.
Can we do training first and then decide whether to use an agency?
Yes. Many brands use training to understand the platform's complexity and resource needs before deciding between full in-house operation, training plus coaching, or fully outsourced management.
